Hello, Woman!

My name is Penha Cristina Mullett, I have been a Nutritionist since 1991, a certified Systemic Therapist in the USA (AADP) and Brazil (FENATE) and founder of Empresa Salutar Holistic Center LLC in the State of Louisiana.

I’ve been working and studying in the area of weight loss and quality of life since 1991. I’m currently in training for Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach courses here in the United States.

From the beginning I realized that there was something very wrong with my work as a Nutritionist, as I was a Nutri with a schedule full of first appointment patients. I lost many patients over the years in my office in Rio de Janeiro. I couldn’t retain or deliver weight loss results to my patients and I thought it was my problem. Every time it was a very big affliction for me to see my patients abandon their treatments due to the lack of results.

I applied exactly what college taught me. So far so good, but I needed to go beyond the diets. And it was through studying Neuroscience, coaching, Psychosomatics and holistic therapies that I realized that I and my profession lacked a more systemic look at my clients and not just treating illnesses. And when I discovered this, it made a total difference in my career and in my life! My services became much more personalized and unique, completely focused on what my clients were looking for, the results and not an accordion effect with sacrifices and limitations, but with pleasure and results.

And it was from there that I devoted myself body and soul to seeking to understand more and more human behavior, their habits, their beliefs, their limitations, their way of thinking and acting and how each one really works. That’s right, each of us works differently, because we are unique. And that, unfortunately, college did not teach me.
